CILIP London: Tour of Lambeth Palace Library

Thursday 26th March - 5:15pm-6:45pm

Lambeth Palace Library is the historic library and record office of the Archbishops of Canterbury and the national library and archive of the Church of England. Its collections have been freely available for research since 1610, when it was founded under the will of Archbishop Richard Bancroft. 

The tour will take you through the behind-the-scenes working of the Library, including the Collections Care studio, the Reading Room and the lecture room and view from our 8th floor terrace. We will have an exhibition with a variety of materials for you to view before or after the tour.

This event is free for members and £5 for non-members.
