**A workshop on how design-led thinking can help transform services and address common challenges, such as reducing funds and increasing demand. This session presents feedback from a project undertaken by North Somerset Council with the Design Council, which sought to review front facing Council services (including Libraries and Children’s Centres) to generate revenue savings. The session will give participants ideas about how design thinking could be used to approach their own challenges and includes a practical exercise on customer led design.
