From AI to Climate Change, librarians and information professionals are working in an era of disruptive change. It is more important than ever that you keep your skills up-to-date to meet the changing demands of your library, information or knowledge service.

To help with this CILIP has recently launched ‘Come Rain or Shine’, a new free downloadable toolkit designed to help library staff to think creatively about the future and to develop their services to meet the ever-changing needs of users. They are also leading the Green Libraries Campaign to help librarians in all sectors demonstrate their positive contribution to the sustainability goals of their organisation or community. Come and hear Nick Poole in one of his final public engagements as Chief Executive of CILIP give an overview of the new frontiers that will shape our work for years to come.

After Nick's talk and Q&A, there will be an opportunity to mingle over refreshments.
