"Citizen Journalism: what it is, why it is, and how I got involved"

The Bylines fleet of publications are the printed monthly.  The BylineTimes, and their related, yet separate, online newspapers covering different parts of the United Kingdom, sprang up after Brexit as exercises in "Citizen Journalism".

ILIG Vice-Chair and retired Librarian, Aidan Baker has been involved with the East Anglia Bylines since its launch in 2021. He tells of the movement's international outlook, its link with libraries and information, and its contribution to the British media landscape.
