VAT is changing. From January, all of CILIP's Member Networks will need to fully adopt the the Your Membership (YM) event system. If you're a CILIP Member Network who puts on large, complex events and conferences then this webinar is a must!

• Creating the event on the YM system
• Avoiding pitfalls and mistakes
• Managing your conference using YM
