Biography
Rosie Jones – Rosie Jones is Director of Student and Library Services at Teesside University leading a department made up of multidisciplinary teams. She has worked in academic Libraries since 2001 taking a particular interest in games and learning, information literacy and learning space development. She is the Deputy Chair for CILIP Information Literacy Group, a member of SCONUL Executive Board and currently co-chairs the Playful Learning Conference.
Chris Edwards – Chris Edwards is the Library Services Manager for the Vale of Glamorgan Council. He is the current Digital Lead for the Society of Chief Librarians (Wales) and Chair of the LMS Cymru Strategic Board. He has been involved in some capacity with library management systems for much of his career. Chris strives to look at libraries from the position of a library user in thinking about what people really want from a modern library and how services can be delivered as straightforwardly as possible without barriers.
Martin Roberts – Martin Roberts is Libraries Development Manager at Stockport Council. An early adopter of new technologies, Stockport Libraries craft unique experiences for diverse communities outside Manchester, UK. Turning library service on its head, the pandemic gave the library an opportunity to grow + evolve.
