Youth Libraries Group South East – Carnegie Discussion Day

Objectives: 1. Highlight some of the best quality titles published for children & young people between 1st September 2022 – 31st August 2023 2. Provoke discussion and debate about excellence in children’s & young people’s books 3. Provide a platform for professional networking and sharing of best practice across public and school libraries in the southeast. Join us for a day of discussion and debate for all library staff across the South East region. Discussion will focus on the regional shortlisted titles for the Yoto Carnegie Medal for Writing and the Yoto Carnegie Medal for Illustration, with our guest speakers, Storymix' adding another dimension.
