Learn how to identify your development needs, plan activities and reflect on and apply your learning, in order to progress your career.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the ongoing process of developing, maintaining, and documenting your professional skills.

Following on from the earlier webinar Mirror, Mirror, Virginia Power will take you through the steps of reflecting on your personal development and discuss ways in which you can identify your development needs, plan for appropriate activities, reflect upon your learning and apply your learning in the workplace.

As part of this webinar Virginia will also talk about the CPD opportunities that you can study in 2021 at the University of the West of England (UWE) as short professional practice courses.
