This event is free and features 3 speakers who are going to talk about their experiences about re-opening their libraries and provision of services after the lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The speakers are: Amad Uddin (UCL Student Centre Manager) and Lesley Gould and Alan Doherty (Deputy Head of Library and Learning Resources and Perry Library Site Manager, London South Bank University Library). There will be an opportunity to ask them questions and exchange your experiences. The programme for the event is as follows: - 12.00 – 12.10 – Introduction and housekeeping
- 12.10 – 12.25 – Amad Uddin – Reopening the UCL Student Centre
- 12.25 – 12.40 – Lesley Gould and Alan Doherty – Introducing a click and collect service at LSBU
- 12.40 – 12.55 – Q and A and discussion
- 12.55 – 1.00 – Wrap up and closing of session
