This webinar reviews findings from the participatory action research project ‘Unlimited Value’, funded by Arts Council England and run by Libraries Unlimited, RIO, ODI Devon and the University of Exeter. Your questions are very welcome!

    • Building leadership capacity throughout the organization.

Biography

Beverley HawkinsProfessor Beverley Hawkins researches and teaches in the field of leadership/management practice, learning and development; her work often focuses on how people learn to embrace change and transition. Beverley recently led an ESRC-funded initiative on leadership development for students in post-16 education and an Arts Council England-funded project that enables leaders of libraries to understand and share the difference their organisations make to local communities. She is currently collaborating on a project examining leadership development in the Royal Norwegian Air Force.

Beverley is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. With a longstanding research interest in students’ learning experiences, she has published a number of peer reviewed journal articles and other publications on learning and teaching in Higher Education with a particular focus on leadership education.
In April 2019, Beverley became Associate Academic Dean for Students, working closely with the Academic Dean and the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Education) to drive forward the University’s education strategy and represent the interests of its students.
