Bio: Matthew Bell joined The National Archives in 2016 as Head of Legislation Services, where his team is responsible for legislation.gov.uk and the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes. Previously, he was the Legislation Manager at Thomson Reuters, providing legislation content for WestlawUK and Lawtel.
