This webinar is the second of two that looks at organisational culture and a case study of some of the factors that affected organisational culture in a newly merged government department. These factors are language and group size and also tribalism in organisations.  The question and answer session at the end will focus on how these factors  affect knowledge sharing, are they universal and if so, do you see them in your organisation, and if so what can you do to turn them to positive rather than negative factors.
