Presidential Debate: Leading with Values

Webinar Wednesday

Presidential debate: Leading with Values

Ethics and values are at the heart of the newly revamped PKSB. This session will explore issues surrounding the development of values led leadership in contemporary information and knowledge-based organisations. Barriers and challenges to the creation of safe organisational cultures will be explored, including how to ensure negative and hostile behaviours such as bullying are eradicated and unrewarded systemically.

The debate format is a 15minute presentation by guest presenter Dr Leo Appleton, followed by a discussion and sharing of experiences between the Chair, Professor Judy Broady-Preston and Dr Appleton. The second half of the session is open to comments and questions from attendees on how to work towards better values-based leadership in the sector.
