A Dangos online information session for frontline workers

Are you a paid worker or volunteer in Wales? Do you come into contact with people that might benefit from being guided to local advice and support around benefits and money matters?

Would you like to feel more confident in opening conversations and better understanding the sorts of issues people may have? Then this is the session for you

It's a free online session which will give you the knowledge and awareness to show people where they can get the help they might need, and that they're entitled to. It covers basic information about the benefit system and other help that's available. It will show you how you can help people to overcome the barriers that might stop them taking up their entitlements. It will give you the links to other agencies that can help people to claim and get the help that they need.

If there is sufficient demand, then additional sessions can be added earlier.

Dangos is the Welsh Government funded initiative to raise awareness and knowledge about the help that's available to people in Wales.

It provides free online information sessions for front-line workers and gives them an information pack and access to eLearning courses about welfare benefits.
