She demonstrated her techniques at the SLG Virtual Conference 2021 and by popular request has been invited to share her video from the Conference at this Webinar so more School Librarians can enjoy her fast, funny and fabulous workshop. Joseph Coelho Joseph Coelho draws on his background in performance poery to bring his books to life. His sessions are active and dynamic covering the full gamet of mediums from poetry collections to picture books to non-fiction. He lifts the veil surrounding the particulars of writing such different types of books, opening up the process so that students feel inspired to not only be readers but to see themselves as writers. Whatever medium he writes in Poetry is always at its heart and to that end every session he runs includes a selection of interactive poems. Some poems open up figurative language, others demistify poetic devices, but most share moments that speak to the heart and open discussion in the classroom for a whole range of topics. Charlotte Cole Charlotte has been working as a Library Co-ordinator in a Secondary School in Peterborough since September 2019. She is a book reviewer for the SLA and is a Member of the SLG National Committee. Kevin Hennah Kevin Hennah has carried out approximately 2,000 onsite consultations internationally. In 2002 he made the transition to work with libraries on strategies to maximise productivity of space, improve presentation and maintain relevance. His understanding of the operational requirements of libraries is coupled with practical advice that is sensitive to budget restrictions and challenges traditional thinking. He is the author of 'The Victorian Libraries Image Handbook' and the featured author in 'Re-think. Ideas for Inspiring School Design'. Kevin has input into the design of dozens of new libraries internationally. He also provides guidance to library staff on the co-ordination of self-managed makeovers at all budget levels. Through this process he has helped clients achieve a significant increase in usage by creating what he refers to as the 'Post-Internet Library' - a level playing ground between print and online resources. As an extension of his conference presentations, Kevin has developed a suite of library specific workshops exploring innovation in library design, furnishing, layout and signage.
