Biography
Andrew Griffiths is the CEO of the Federation for
Informatics Professionals in health and care (FEDIP). FEDIP was established by the professional bodies, with the dual-core purposes of encompassing the 2 functions of Voluntary registration/regulation and Developing the Health and Care Informatics
profession. Andrew’s previous career has primarily involved working for the NHS in Wales, being a CIO for over ten years, helping to establish a national organisation to develop and implement the Informing health care strategy, before later
leading the development of a new organisation (NWIS) which brought together the strategy, implementation and delivery IT organisations in NHS Wales.
 Dom Gilroy has 20 years of experience working in NHS knowledge
and library services in librarian and library manager roles. Since 2016 he has worked as part of Health Education England's Knowledge and Library Services team and is currently co-lead for the Workforce Planning and Development workstream for the
Knowledge for Healthcare strategy. He is a CILIP mentor, a member of the Professional Registration Panel, and was involved in the Professional Knowledge and Skills Base (PKSB) refresh in 2021. A former UKCHIP member, Dom has been a FED-IP Advanced
Practitioner since 2018
