A teachmeet event showcasing best practice in supporting and delivering study skills for HE learners within the FE environment.  Library professionals from both sectors will help to identify key practices that will help further and higher education library practitioners to take the next steps to developing their skills in this area.
Each speaker will discuss for approximately 10mins with approximately 10mins per person for Q&A

HE provision in an FE setting and the challenges this brings  -  Kathryn Hirst, Isle of Wight College
 
Supporting FE into HE:  the role of the library  - Hannah Painter, Northampton College
 
How our combined study skills provision assists in the transition from FE to HE  -  Anysia Eaton, Loughborough College
 
Bookable one to ones and bitesize study skills sessions  -  Abi Ward, Wiltshire College
 
Supporting students and colleagues at partner colleges - Alison Pope, Staffordshire University
Final speaker information to be confirmed. 

This session is ideal for those currently or interested in working in FE, and HE institutions curious about how FE partners support HE learners and how they can be supported to do so.
