Jody Parker

Dechreuodd Jody Parker weithio ym maes rheoli gwybodaeth a chofnodion yn 2016. Mae hi'n aelod achrededig o'r Gymdeithas Rheoli Gwybodaeth a Chofnodion ac mae ganddi Ddiploma Ôl-raddedig mewn Rheoli Cofnodion a Chadwraeth Ddigidol o Brifysgol Dundee. Ar hyn o bryd mae’n gweithio ym maes Pensaernïaeth Gwybodaeth i’r Adran Busnes, Ynni a Strategaeth Ddiwydiannol (BEIS) o Gaerdydd. Cyn bo hir bydd hi'n dechrau swydd newydd fel Uwch Arweinydd Polisi KIRM yn Swyddfa'r Cabinet.

Helen Blockwell

Mae Helen Blockwell wedi gweithio mewn llyfrgelloedd ers dros 20 mlynedd – dechreuodd ei gyrfa mewn swydd cynorthwyydd llyfrgell yn yr Awdurdod Gwasanaethau Ariannol cyn symud ymlaen i’r sector Academaidd. Treuliodd Helen 18 mlynedd ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd lle bu’n gweithio fel uwch gynorthwyydd llyfrgell, yna’n llyfrgellydd pwnc (Chwaraeon), cyn ymgymryd â rôl rheoli fel Prif Lyfrgellydd Cynorthwyol. Ers mis Chwefror 2022, mae Helen wedi bod yn Bennaeth Gwasanaethau Llyfrgell yn Llywodraeth Cymru.

Emma Woodason

Mae Emma Harvey-Woodason yn Bennaeth Gwybodaeth ac Archifau yn Llywodraeth Cymru, swydd sy’n cynnwys rolau prif lyfrgellydd, Swyddog Cofnodion Adrannol a phennaeth y proffesiwn rheoli gwybodaeth a hysbysrwydd. Mae ei gyrfa fel llyfrgellydd wedi rhychwantu'r sectorau academaidd, y gyfraith a llyfrgelloedd y llywodraeth. Ers ailymuno â’r Gwasanaeth Sifil, mae Emma wedi gweithio mewn nifer o adrannau llywodraeth y DU cyn ymuno â Llywodraeth Cymru yn ei rôl bresennol yn 2019.

Beth Hall

Beth Hall yw Arweinydd Tîm Gwasanaethau Gwybodaeth, Cofnodion a Hysbysrwydd Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, rôl y dechreuodd ynddi yn 2020. Mae Beth wedi gweithio yn y gorffennol mewn Llyfrgelloedd Academaidd a Llyfrgelloedd Iechyd ac mae bellach yn ehangu ei phortffolio i gynnwys Rheoli Cofnodion a rheoli tîm Rheoli Gwybodaeth a Hysbysrwydd.

Speaker Profiles:

Jody Parker

Jody Parker started working in information and records management in 2016 . She is an accredited member of the Information and Records Management Society and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Records Management and Digital preservation from Dundee University. She currently works in Information Architecture for the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) based out of Cardiff. She will shortly be starting a new role as Senior KIRM Policy Lead at the Cabinet Office.

Helen Blockwell

Helen Blockwell has worked in libraries for over 20 years – her career began with a library assistant post at the Financial Services Authority before moving across to the Academic sector. Helen spent 18 years at Cardiff Metropolitan University where she worked as a senior library assistant, then a subject librarian (Sport), before taking on a management role as an Assistant Head Librarian. Since February 2022, Helen has been the Head of Library Services at Welsh Government.

Emma Woodason

Emma Harvey-Woodason Emma Harvey-Woodason is Head of Information & Archives at the Welsh Government a job comprising the roles of chief librarian, Departmental Records Officer and head of the knowledge and information management profession. Her career as a librarian has spanned the academic, law and government library sectors. Since re-joining the Civil Service, Emma has worked in a number of UK government departments before joining the Welsh Government in her current role in 2019.

Beth Hall

Beth Hall is Team Leader for Knowledge, Records and Information Services at Natural Resources Wales, a role she started in 2020. Beth has previously worked in Academic Libraries and Health Libraries and is now widening her portfolio to cover Records Management and managing a Knowledge and Information Management team.
