2022 is a landmark year for us as we celebrate 75 years of the Health Libraries Group. On the 14 October 1947, 33 health librarians met together for the first time to discuss common interests and issues around their roles. This group would quickly begin to grow and form the basis of the special interest group we recognise today as HLG. We hope to run lots of activities over the year to celebrate our anniversary year and are currently planning a hybrid conference event that will take place in London and online on 14 October 2022.
