A half-day training event for staff working in GLL libraries and for public library staff across the UK. This session looks at the key issue of customer care in public libraries. It sets out the principles and practice of customer care in libraries within a GLL library environment. Delegates will learn how to present themselves and their organisation to library customers and how to respond to, and resolve, customers' needs.
