It includes a clear decision-making framework to deal with challenging issues in public libraries. Although it is intended primarily for public libraries and staff who make decisions around stock, public Internet access, use of space and public programming, it also includes references to good practice for library services in schools and prisons, and its key principles can be applied across all library contexts. Yvonne Morris of CILIP will outline the guidance and the resources available to us all and answer our questions. This session will be followed by lightning talks of 15-20 minutes on inclusivity and decolonisation from: - Kerri Daymond (Information Specialist for School of Health Professionals at University of Plymouth)
- Naomi Cassidy from the University of West of England.
After the Q&A we will use the breakout rooms to discuss issues / barriers / ideas - PKSB 10.5: Service innovation, development and design
PKSB 01: Collection management and development
