Want to share information about a good book you've recently read? 

Struggling to find time to read?

Then come along to this 1-hour online session, which will allow you time to focus on yourself. What you choose to read will be up to you, but this will give you the opportunity to find time and head space to relax:

• Read the book you haven't managed to start yet
• Network with others in the region
• Share stories and meet new people
