Sharing Stories – The How and Why of Storytime and Storytelling Speakers will include Alison David (Farshore), and Nina Martinez (Bag Books) with storytelling from Kate Corkery and Sandra Agard. Course Aims and Objectives The course is aimed at front line library staff working with the public as well as librarians and teachers with an interest in delivering story time sessions to primary school children The course will provide: - Practical advice for engaging with a young audience
- Ideas for inclusive storytelling
- Raised stock awareness with a focus on diversity
- Raised awareness of the wider literary network
