As 2025 is the final year of our current 5-year strategy, We are CILIP, CILIP is excited to invite our Employer Partners to have your say on our next strategy. 

Given the challenges facing our different types of members, and in turn facing the communities of users they serve, this is an important moment for all of us. CILIP is consulting with the whole UK library, information and knowledge profession – as well as partners – to inform the development of our 2026-2030 strategy.
