This course provides practical tools, real-world examples and immediately usable techniques to support a positive and inclusive library environment for pupils and staff. Bryony Hart Bryony Hart is a Teacher of English with 25 years of experience of teaching Junior through to Sixth Form. As Whole School Literacy Lead at The Portsmouth Grammar School in Hampshire, she achieved her NPQ in Literacy Leadership and shares this expertise within her educational setting and partner schools to help improve literacy across Portsmouth city. Her leadership has been recognised for its innovative project management, cross-institutional collaboration and commitment to enriching educational experiences through literature and cultural engagement. Dr Carol Webb is an award-winning school librarian, educator and coach. With a background in hospital, public and school libraries, she brings extensive experience across both state and independent sectors. Currently Secretary for CILIP School Libraries Group and a CILIP Fellow, she has been recognised as School Librarian of the Year and received an Inspirational Women of Portsmouth Award. Carol is a published writer, including The Innovative School Librarian, and a fully qualified Graydin Coach and coaching trainer.
