If you opt to pay by invoice an invoice will be raised on completion of your booking. We cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds once you have registered onto the event. If any booked delegate is unable to attend we will be pleased to accept a substitute if notified in writing at least 24 hours in advance - substitute names should be emailed to events@cilip.org.uk. If this is not possible, then cancellation of this place will be charged at the invoiced fee.

Credit terms: Our credit terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice OR by the date of the event – whichever date is earliest. All invoices must be settled prior to the event.

We reserve the right to make changes to the published training programme, but not the overall content; for example, timings may change and in exceptional circumstances we may use an appropriate, alternative trainer than the one advertised. You will not be entitled to a refund if such changes are made.
