• UKeiG reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings have been received. Delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the course fee.
• ***We advise all delegates not to make any firm travel arrangements until we have contacted to you with further details of the event. Please refer to our full terms and conditions on the UKeiG web site***
• Cancellations received less than 7 working days before the start of the course will be subject to the full fee. For non-attendance at a course there will be no refunds and the full fee will be payable. Substitutions may be made at any time without additional cost.
