Byelaws and General Regulations

CILIP is a body incorporated by Royal Charter.

The Charter, bye-laws and regulations are our governing documents. 

Any amendments made to the Charter and bye-laws have to be agreed by the Privy Council and the CILIP AGM. 

Regulations are the operational details which are agreed by the CILIP Board.
