What does it mean to be a retired professional?

Posted By Roger Penny, 07 October 2021
What does it mean to be a retired professional? After recently rejoining CILIP so far as I can tell, most of my of the friends and people I knew in the profession have left CILIP. I don't know why? So I wonder if any of my new peer group can say how you see your role in the profession now that you've retired? What if anything have you to offer your colleagues who are still actively employed in the library and information world?

Perhaps you could share your thoughts on retirement for the PostLib magazine- you can drop the editor a line at christieikeogu@gmail.com if that is of interest.
