The Business Plan describes how we will grow and improve our existing services, with a focus on:

• High-profile advocacy to politicians, employers and the media

New developments

The Business Plan also sets out some exciting new developments that we will be exploring between now and 2025:

• Championing the digital skills of our members, including a focus on the ethical and inclusive use of AI
• An entirely new, high-quality training offer, focused on helping you to future-proof your skills
• Increased support for apprenticeships and broader, more inclusive pathways into the profession
• Stronger, more effective national advocacy addressing the areas that matter most including fair funding, better pay and conditions and a more balanced approach to digital content, e-books and journals.
