CILIP is looking to commission an external provider/s to develop content for anti-racist library collection training for public libraries across Wales.
The development of this training is the second phase of the Anti-Racist Library Collections project, a three-phased Welsh
Government funded project intended to support the delivery of the Welsh Government’s Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan. The Anti-Racist Wales Action
Plan aims to eradicate institutional and systemic racism by organisations working together, collectively and collaboratively, to bring about change.

of CILIP.
In phase one of the project, now completed, consultants undertook a survey, interviews and literature reviews into training formats and into anti-racist training content. The findings and recommendations from this phase are
to be taken forward as the basis for phase two, the development of the training content that is the focus of this invitation.

The modules are:
- Preliminary module on anti-racism
