CILIP Pathways has provided end point assessment for apprentices at Lancashire Libraries since its launch in 2019.

We were delighted to hear recently of the latest batch of successful apprentices from Lancashire County Council.

This year CILIP Pathways celebrated three years of assessing Level 3 Library, information and archive services assistant apprenticeship.

Jacqui Old, Executive Director of Lancashire Libraries, congratulated all attending and shared how important lifelong learning is in career development and how impressive it was that staff were able to complete their qualifications whilst working.

All staff were recognised for their achievements and received a keepsake which included words from their line managers and the Executive Director.

Lancashire Libraries is recognised throughout England as being a trailblazer authority in terms of supporting the Library, Information, Archives Services Level 3 apprenticeship.
