Call for Lightning Speakers
The Copyright Conference has long been the vehicle to discuss big ideas, and attracts well-established speakers and thought-leaders in the field of copyright.
Every year we put out a call for speakers to join us in delivering lightning talks around the theme of copyright and/or licence management. In particular, we like to hear from people who are new to conference speaking and who want to share new initiatives and/or best practices in copyright management and/or copyright licensing that they would like to share at the session.
Lightning talks are a great way to introduce yourself at a conference and get delegates talking about a particular topic. They are also a great chance to experience being a speaker at a conference for the first time. Each lightning talks last eight minutes (with or without slides) and there are opportunities for delegates to ask questions at the end of the presentations.
Successful applicants receive a complimentary delegate place for the day.
