CILIP members can once again take advantage of a 25 per cent reduction on the full fee for this year’s Internet Librarian International (ILI) Conference.
Celebrating its 20th anniversary, ILI will return to Olympia London on 16 and 17 October and will cover a range themes that are important to the sector. The programme is currently being worked on with conference co-chairs Phil Bradley, Information Specialist and Information Consultant (UK); Marydee Ojala, Editor in Chief, Online Searcher (USA) and Jan Holmquist, Global Librarian and Assistant Library Director at Guldborgsund Public Library (Denmark). An international steering and management committee made up of researchers, lecturers and practitioners, will work with the co-chairs totailor a programme that has wide appeal.
As with previous ILI Conferences there will be a series of workshops taking place the day before the main event starts. These workshops provide expert insight alongside hands-on training and will take place on Monday 15 October at Olympia.
The full conference programme will be available once registration opens towards the end of this month. CILIP members will be able to apply their 25 per cent discount when they book. To stay up to date with the latest programme details and booking visit the ILI Conference page.
