Your responses to this survey will help CILIP to monitor the issues you are facing and to support you. The data you provide will help us to understand the sectors and types of organisations affected.

How we process your data

Any personal data you provide will be collected under the lawful basis of Consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting dataprotection@cilip.org.uk.

The information you provide will be held by CILIP for a period of 12 months to enable us to review and monitor the issue. After this time, we will either completely anonymise the data or, if we wish to keep it for a longer period, we will contact you to request further consent.

Your personal data (name/role/organisation/email address) will only be shared internally within CILIP, with access being strictly limited to those who have a business need to do so.

We are keen for you to share your thoughts and we may publish examples shared with us but will ensure that your identity is not disclosed. However, where we wish to share any explicit quotes you make, which may identify you, we will first contact you to gain your consent.
