Research Librarians and their service offer

Hello, I work as a Research Librarian at a consumer healthcare company and we are keen to find out what services similar types of library offer to colleagues in terms of literature searches, current awareness etc. I would be very happy to share what we currently offer as a library service, what seems to work and what doesn't etc. Happy to discuss off thread if preferred.
