Beyond the Horizon

Join us online for our 2021 conference where information professionals in our region will share work they're doing that is 'Beyond the Horizon'. Programme and Speakers The conference will seek to inspire our audience, share knowledge, raise debate and provide networking opportunities. It will cover a broad range of issues from across the library and information and knowledge professions. Our Keynote speaker is Liz Jolly, Chief Librarian of the British Library. Liz will give a presentation titled Changing times –
changing libraries: Partnerships in Practice. Our other speakers are from a variety of sectors including academic libraries and health libraries. The schedule for the conference is available on the CILIP NE Blog. How to registerRegistration for this conference will be open until 10th May 2021. This event is free to CILIP members. The registration fee for non-CILIP members is £35 + VAT. The conference will take place online via Zoom and is open to members of the profession and all who are interested in our profession.
