The Mindfulness Wellbeing Toolkit

9 October 2023, 12.30pm - 1.30pm

Delivered via Zoom

Join our wellbeing webinar for a down-to-earth introduction to mindfulness, exploring tips and techniques for identifying and managing stress.

This one hour mindfulness session will include sharing the principles and foundations of mindfulness and how they can support our wellbeing and help to reduce stress.

We will explore how our mind/body reactions to stressful situations can exacerbate their impact on us and, how we can work with unhelpful reactions which in turn can reduce the impact of stressful situations on our wellbeing.

We will practise mindfulness together through a number of mindfulness practices; helping to develop skills that enable you to approach life more mindfully and there will be the opportunity to share your experience, if you wish.

Please note that this webinar will not be recorded, to create a safe and contained space for all participants.

Contraindications
Please note that mindfulness practices are not suitable for everyone. Please consult with your qualified medical professional before joining if you are unsure as to whether the practices are suitable for you at this time.
Each exploration and practice is an invitation; please only participate as far as you are comfortable.
