He has grown two successful disruptive start-ups, most recently as CEO of www.ryalto.com and Strategy Director at www.roborecruiter.ai. Terry is a former partner at The Foundation, KPMG and Accenture spanning a 20-year period. After starting working life in film and theatre production, his consulting experience blended the worlds of marketing strategy, change management and talent development. His executive roles included senior marketing and communication roles at American Express and Sainsbury’s. He holds Non-Executive Director roles at Truro School and the Ironbridge Gorge Museums Trust, and is Chairman of the Chartered Management Institute (SW Board) and of Roselyon Preparatory School.
Jo Cornish

Jo helps organisations get best value from current CILIP services and works with employers to develop CILIP’s offer to meet their needs. She builds partnerships across the sectors at a strategic level to strengthen the profession and inform CILIP’s development. A chartered library and information professional, she has a background in public libraries and has held development, managerial and operational posts, with a particular interest in accessibility and inclusivity of services.
Lisa Gray
Senior Co-design Manager, JISC
Lisa Gray is a Senior Co-Design Manager within the Student Experience team at Jisc, providing leadership on the use of technology to enhance learning, teaching and assessment in Higher and Further Education. For 14 years she has led a range of innovation and change programmes exploring assessment, employability, e-portfolios and curriculum transformation; she has spoken and written about this work nationally and internationally. Lisa is now working on a new Jisc service providing tools and resources to enable staff and students to develop the digital capabilities needed to live, learn and work in a digital society.
Nick Poole
Chief Executive Officer, CILIP
Nick became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CILIP on 22 June 2015. Nick was previously CEO of the Collections Trust and was responsible for the strategic direction and management of the organisation. In this role, Nick has been responsible for developing UK and international standards for information management, advising agencies on digital programmes and leading partnership initiatives with a range of leading digital companies. Nick was elected to the Board of Wikimedia UK on 25 July 2015. He is former Chair of the Europeana Network and provided representation to the European Commission. Prior to joining the Collections Trust in 2005, Nick held a number of roles at the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (MLA), including responsibility for Regional policy development and as a National ICT Adviser. In addition to his role within CILIP, Nick is a former Councillor of the Museums Association and the former Chair of the UK part of the International Council of Museums.
Luke Stevens-Burt FSAMP

Luke leads the development and delivery of learning and development services to CILIP members at every stage in their career. This includes overseeing CPD programmes and activities; support of accreditation of library and information science courses with learning providers and universities both in the UK and internationally; and management of professional registration, ensuring library and information professionals' experiences reflect their professional development and recognition. He is enthusiastic about CPD and workforce development and the important role it plays in individuals’ careers but also delivering effective services in all domains and sectors.
