Books on neurodiversity and disability - secondary school library

Posted By Hannah Martin, 25 June 2024
Hi all, I am a secondary school librarian. I have recently been putting together a new section in the library for books surrounding neurodiversity and disability, aiming to provide resources for students with special education needs. I also have a separate section for self-help books on mental health. I'm struggling to decide on what to call this section of the library as obviously 'Special Education Needs' covers a lot of bases, and I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello! We have one of these in our Library and it is simply just called the Wellbeing section :) this covers all topics. I hope this helps.
