A CILIP Training Session for Staff Working in Public Libraries

This session will help delegates to engage more confidently with artificial intelligence (AI) as an important topic of public debate and an increasingly important dimension of how people search for and use information. As well as providing an introduction to what AI is, the session will consider the uses and potential uses of AI in public libraries now and in the near future.
