Catalogue & Index, the periodical of CILIP Metadata
and Discovery Group (ISSN: 2399-9667) has been published since 1966 to discuss the organisation of knowledge to enable resource discovery and
collection management, including articles on cataloguing, indexing, metadata, and national and international standards and formats.
Catalogue & Index is an open access journal and is usually published several times a year.

The MDG Bulletin is emailed to Group Members whenever we have updates or news to share with you; alongside our social media accounts on X
(formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn, the MDG Bulletin is where you will first hear of offers and events for Members.
All you need to do is join us, via CILIP's Special Interest Group options or as a group only member, or select ‘Metadata & Discovery Group’
under ‘Special Interest Groups’ when filling in the CILIP Member
