The Committee is comprised of a Chair, Secretary and Treasurer and a number of ordinary committee members with specific responsibilities.

For 2024 the Honorary Secretary role is Amanda Balaam and the Treasurer role is David Law. Lynsey Hawker and Lesley Allen are the Co-Chairs.

Committee meetings for 2025 are as follows. All meetings will take place virtually via MS Teams from 10:00am - 12:30pm unless otherwise stated:
