Annual General Meetings (AGMs)

2024 AGM

The 2024 AGM took place online on Tuesday 10th June 1pm-2pm.  Please see the draft minutes, the 2024 annual report and the 2024 infographic.  Following the official AGM proceedings, we were joined by Sophie Randall (Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Patient Information Forum) where she gave an overview of the work of the Patient Information Forum (PIF) and its relevance to us as health libraries and information professionals.  The recording of the AGM is available via our YouTube channel.  A recording of Sophie's talk will be available soon.

2023 AGM

The 2023 CILIP Health Libraries Group AGM took place during our conference on Thursday 20th June 2024 at 2pm. Please see the draft minutes, 2023 annual report and the 2023 infographic.  

2022 AGM

The 2022 CILIP Health Libraries Group AGM took place on Tuesday 13th June from 1.30pm - 2.45pm where a review of  HLG’s activities over the past year. Please see the 2022 draft minutes, 2022 annual report and the 2022 infographic.  The AGM and the new library professionals discussion that took place after the AGM were recorded and can be accessed via our YouTube channel. 

2021 AGM

The 2021 CILIP Health Libraries Group AGM took place on Monday 20th June  12.15-2pm where we will review HLG’s activities over the past year.  After the AGM, guest speaker Sharon Stevens gave the following presentation: “Moving from health to social care – reflections and lessons learnt”. A roundtable discussion followed the presentation.  You can view a recording of the AGM here.  A recording of Sharon's presentation can be viewed here.  The draft minutes of the 2021 AGM will be available shortly. 2020 AGM

2019 AGM

The 2019 CILIP Health Libraries Group AGM took place on Thursday 23rd July 2020 at 1.30pm via Zoom.  After the AGM, Hannah Wood, Librarian, Weston General Hospital gave a short talk about artificial intelligence (AI) and libraries. 2018 AGM

The 2018 CILIP Health Libraries Group AGM took place on Wednesday 12th June 2019 from 12.30 - 14.45pm at CILIP Headquarters, 7 Ridgmount Street, London, WC1E 7AE.  The speaker for the day was Andy Tattersall (ScHARR and member of CILIP Special Interest Group MmIT). The draft minutes of the 2018 AGM are available here.  Please also see both the 2018 annual report and the 2018 infographic annual report.

2017 AGM

The 2017 CILIP Health Libraries Group AGM took place on the 14th June 2018 12.00-12.30pm at Keele University as part of the HLG Conference 2018.The chair was Imrana Ghumra (Co-Chair of HLG). The draft minutes of the 2017 AGM are available here.   Please also see the 2017 annual report.

2016 AGM

The 2016 AGM took place on the 22nd June 2017, 12.30-3.30pm at CILIP Headquarters, 7 Ridgmount Street, London, WC1E 7AE.
