Leadership Exchange Bursary

Health Libraries Group (CILIP/HLG) and Health Libraries Australia (ALIA/HLA)

Purpose

To develop leaders in health librarianship in the UK and Australia through our professional associations.

Background

CILIP/HLG and ALIA/HLA (the partner associations) have a Memorandum of Understanding which provides the framework for collaborative, mutually beneficial professional development activities.

An award will be offered by each partner for a health librarian who is a member of the respective association, to benefit from a series of mentorship meetings and attendance at events delivered by the partner association.

Leadership bursary 2022

HLG is offering an exciting opportunity for one successful applicant to benefit from our Leadership bursary. This award comprises a programme of online CPD events and additional mentoring meetings provided by ALIA Health Libraries Australia. The programme will be tailored to the successful candidate’s own particular librarianship interests and their objectives for leadership development.
