The committee of the Library & Information History Group meets in person once a year and twice online to set group goals, plan activities and address specific library and information history issues - such as historic libraries or collections under threat, measures to safeguard historic archives, funding and promotion of resources for research, and so on.

Committee meetings are held around the UK, typically in conjunction with members' events, and members are welcome to attend committee meetings as observers.

The 2024 AGM of the Library and Information History Group will be held online at 2.00 pm on Friday 22nd November 2024.
