Yn ystod y misoedd diwethaf cafodd cam olaf y prosiect casgliadau llyfrgelloedd cyhoeddus gwrth-hiliol ei gyflwyno'n llwyddiannus i staff awdurdodau llyfrgell ledled Cymru. Mae'r prosiect wedi cael ei reoli gan CILIP Cymru, ac yn cynnwys hyfforddiant hyfforddi'r hyfforddwr, a ac fe'i cyflwynwyd gan arbenigwyr o Dorcas Inclusive Education.

In the past few months, the final phase of the anti-racism public library collections programme was successfully rolled out to library authorities' staff from across Wales. The project, managed by CILIP Wales, encompassed train-the-trainer training, and was delivered by experts from Dorcas Inclusive Education.

Roedd modiwlau yn cynnwys gwrth-hiliaeth, caffael stoc, catalogio a dosbarthu ac ymgysylltu ac allgymorth cymunedol. Mi wnaeth yr hyfforddiant feithrin llawer o syniadau a rhannu arfer gorau ac argymhellion ynghylch sut y gallai mynychwyr rhaeadru'r hyfforddiant hwn i gydweithwyr. Bydd CILIP Cymru yn parhau i weithio efo gyfranogwyr, eu helpu i gydweithio, chynllunio ac ysgogi trafodaeth gyda'r bwriad o barhau â momentwm.

The modules covered included anti-racism, acquisitions, cataloguing and classification and community engagement and outreach. The training fostered lots of ideas and sharing of best practice and recommendations as to how attendees could cascade this training to their colleagues. CILIP Wales will be continuing to work with participants helping them to collaborate, plan and provoke discussion with the aim of ensuring momentum.
